Welcome to a journey of deep connection, exploration, and healing.

Every relationship is a living ecosystem, needing care, balance, and nourishment to grow and flourish.

Just as every living thing requires nutrients and safety to thrive, so too do relationships. As humans, we bring unhealed wounds and challenges to each interaction we have, especially to our intimate partnerships. Over time, this can lead to disconnection, rupture, or shutdown.

  • Life moves through seasons, and relationships shift with them. These seasons can be difficult and lonely to navigate on your own, especially if you're entering a new phase or traversing uncertainty.

You or a loved one may be:

    • Preparing for a change in level of commitment

    • Expanding your family

    • Breaking or shifting generational cycles

    • Exploring your identity, gender, or sexuality

I guide couples, relationships, and families toward deeper foundations during times of change–helping you to move through these seasons with greater understanding and connection.

  • Relational intimacy is like the soil in a garden – it’s the foundation from which all growth flourishes. But sometimes old defenses, learned patterns, or barriers in communication prevent the deep connection you crave. In our time together, we’ll gently uncover obstacles to physical and emotional intimacy so you can cultivate more pleasure, play, joy, and heart-centered connection.

  • Humans are always growing and evolving. In therapy, I’ll help you reimagine what a harmonious relationship can look like. We’ll break free from habitual relational patterns and outdated roles, sparking creativity, vibrancy, and nourishment in your connection.

  • Ruptured trust or infidelity can feel like a wildfire burning through the heart of a relationship. However, relationships, like the Earth, can recover from even the most intense damage. Affair recovery is a delicate process of repair. I’ll help guide you in a new path toward a future rooted in safety, honesty, understanding, and renewed connection. Together we’ll tend to the wounds, replant seeds of trust, and allow space for healing.

  • Trauma can lead to insecure attachment stances and keep you from feeling safe in relationship. Whether it arose through relational wounds we developed when we were young or through an event or series of events in adulthood, navigating unresolved trauma in relationship can feel like fighting through thorny head-high thickets of brambles every day. You may spend most of your time in survival mode, frightened, anxious, and lost.

Together, we’ll nurture the parts of you that hold relational woundings, cultivate more understanding and attunement, and nurture secure attachments that hold your relationship steady through even the most turbulent times.

  • Just as the forest honors the passing of seasons, grief and loss are natural parts of the human experience. Whether you’re grieving a family loss, deconstructing religious or societal trauma, or navigating ancestral burdens like generational trauma, colonialism, or patriarchy, we’ll create space to honor these layers of pain and seek something new.

Together, we’ll shed light on the past while clearing the path for your future, allowing you to grow more freely. Together, we’ll heal wounds that may have been carried for generations and create a new legacy of attunement, compassion, and connection.

If you’re navigating challenges or growth edges in your relationship, couples therapy can support courageous conversations and relational healing.

We will get to know your defenses and protections, tend to relational insecurity and fear, and create space for you to listen from your heart.

Whether you're a couple, a family, or other relationship dynamic, I'm here to guide you in inviting more openness, vulnerability, and exploration into your relationship.
