Deepen your connections, &
Feel at home in your body and in the world.

Do you ever wonder how your experiences with…

Relationship struggles

Attachment wounds and experiences from your early life can impact the way you relate to loved ones now. You might feel guarded, have difficulty trusting others, or struggle being vulnerable and connected.

Feeling different or unwelcome

If you navigate the world differently than others around you, it can feel like you're constantly swimming against the current. Unique and marginalized qualities such as queerness, neurodivergence, chronic illness/pain, and heightened sensitivity are frequently misunderstood and undervalued by society, which can generate a deep sense of unbelonging.

Nervous system dysregulation and overstimulation

Your experiences with past trauma may still be living in your body and system, causing you to feel overwhelmed and on high alert. You might feel high levels of anxiety, worry, and fear, and may struggle to sleep or relax. You may feel a sense of disconnection from your inner compass and your body’s wisdom.

Systemic and Societal Oppression

A lifetime of navigating rigid, colonial systems, societal expectations, cisheteronormative relationship models, and gender roles that don’t align can make you feel exhausted, disconnected, and isolated.

…may have caused a sense of disconnection from yourself and those around you?

As humans, we thrive on deep connection, both internally and externally.
Historical and current societal systems have fallen short in recognizing every individual's right to a sense of belonging and freedom of expression. All humans have the right to feel at home in their bodies, relationships, and communities.

In societal systems where fitting in often means abandoning core parts of ourselves, people who hold misunderstood or marginalized identities can lose connection to their inherent belonging.

Welcome to Inner Elements Relational Therapy. I’m Nat.

Here, all parts of you are welcome.
Here, you belong.

I see you. I know how navigating limiting systems in the world can lead to feeling disconnected from your sense of self, which can leave you feeling dysregulated, alone, ashamed, and unworthy.

I walk alongside individuals, couples, and all relationship styles who feel called to reclaim their innate wisdom, curiosity, and voice. We all deserve to feel at home in our bodies, in our relationships, and within our communities. It is our birthright. As a trauma and relationship specialist, I invite and honor a reconnection to Self by rekindling your deep bodily wisdom.

All parts of you have a story to tell. Here, they’re all welcome and invited forward at their own pace. My offering is rooted in Internal Family Systems and Somatic therapies, where we hold that through curiosity, listening, and welcoming, you can return to a place of clarity, confidence, and compassion.

This journey can have its peaks and valleys, but I’m here as your guide and companion. Together, we can navigate toward a more grounded, more connected way of belonging to yourself and the world.

Somatic Trauma
Therapy

Healing from developmental or complex trauma happens when you safely invite all parts of yourself to be nurtured and listened to. I’m here to provide a compassionate space to explore and move beyond the ways past wounds are still showing up in your everyday life and relationships.

Couples and Relationship Therapy

If you weren’t offered the type of attunement and care in your childhood that you needed, you may feel a sense of relational distrust or instability in current intimate or romantic partnerships. Attachment-focused, embodied therapy helps couples who want to heal attachment insecurities, navigate transitions, traverse grief, rebuild trust, nurture safety, or deepen their intimacy.

Therapy

Rooted In

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you reconnect to your inherent wholeness through getting curious about your internal world. By getting to know the different parts of yourself that you may be tempted to hide away – the sad, the lonely, the self-sabotaging, the angry, the anxious – you can better understand and tend to your needs and emotions.

Somatic Therapy

I guide you in connecting more deeply to your body’s wisdom by attending to internal sensations, cues, and emotions. Different from typical talk therapy, somatic therapy facilitates a deeper understanding of and connection to your inner landscape.

Attachment-Based

Attachment-based therapy helps you understand how the bonds you formed as a young person affect your feelings, behaviors, and relationships today. You’ll be able to explore those early attachments, heal any wounds, and build healthier relationships with others in the present.

How We Can Collaborate

I curate our sessions to your needs and preferred environment. I offer in-person sessions in the Highlands neighborhood in Denver, virtual sessions, and outdoor nature therapy sessions in Nederland, Colorado.

Navigating life’s seasons can be overwhelming when done alone.

Let’s connect you to your internal compass and restore your connection to the infinite flow of wisdom you carry.
